Food Pantry

The Sacred Heart Food Pantry serves over 60 families each month with non-perishable foods and products.  These families are from the Iron Ridge, Horicon, Juneau and Burnett communities of various faiths.  Also, each Thanksgiving and Easter, about 40 families receive a special basket of food, and children of these families qualify for Tree of Life gifts at Christmas and for Gift Baskets at Easter.

You can donate to this ministry in multiple ways!

  1. You can donate non-perishable foods and products that are not expired and do not have damaged packaging, by delivering them to the table near the kitchen during Parish Office hours. NOTE: During Covid closure, please call to arrange drop off of donations.
  2. Donations of fresh produce from your gardens can also be arranged.  Please call the Parish Office to coordinate these donations.
  3. You can also contribute monetary donations electronically via our Parish WeShare program.

Volunteers are always needed for this ministry.  If interested, please contact the Parish Office for more details.

If you are a family in need of utilizing the food pantry, please call the Parish Office for more information on how to register.

Food Pantry is open the first and third Wednesdays of the month, 9:00am - Noon for drive-up service.  Please pull up and remain in your car until a volunteer comes out to you.
