Fish Fry 2024
Sacred Heart Parish will be increasing the number of Fish Frys for the upcoming year (2024) to 6! We typically hold them from January through April. To help avoid burnout for our volunteers, we must increase the number of volunteers for the upcoming year. If you think this might be something you can help out with, please contact the office at (920) 485-0694 x221 or office@sheart.org. It would be a time commitment of approximately 5 hours for each Fish Fry that you are able to help with. Volunteers are typically needed from 3:30-7:15pm. There are some prep positions as well on Wednesday and Thursday of Fish Fry weeks (baking brownies, making coleslaw, etc.).
It is a ton of fun while working fast paced so it's never boring. We need adults or older teens, no children due to insurance and safety issues. Consider helping out!
Our Fish Fry dinner gives your choice of baked or fried fish, parsley potatoes or french fries, with coleslaw and bread. Sorry, no advance orders or phone orders will be taken.
Please drive in and follow the signs routing you under the carport and up to our front office doors where volunteers will take your order and payment. Then you will be directed to drive around to the side door where volunteers will bring you your order.
It takes about 35 minutes to get through the line at peak times because the line is so long! It seems like 4-6 pm is the busy time. So if you like a shorter wait time in line, come a bit later.
